Meet the Program Manager

Jasmine Han is a grant and budget analyst for the State of California. She graduated from the University of California, Irvine with studies in Music and Public Health Policy, a combination that strengthened both her creativity and her understanding of how policy shapes community well‑being. It was during her time at UCI that she first discovered her interest in public health policy and the impact thoughtful legislation can have on people’s lives. 

Following graduation, she continued building her expertise in public service, eventually stepping into her current role as a grant and budget analyst. In this position, she supports the responsible allocation of state resources and contributes to initiatives that directly affect California communities.
